Why Jeff Holland is My Least Liked Mormon Apostle | A Deep Dive into His Controversial Statements
Jeffrey R. Holland is one of the most divisive figures in the Mormon Church, and in this video, I break down why he’s my least favorite apostle. From his infamous MTC rant, where he physically threatened missionaries, to his exaggerations about church growth, evasive answers about temple blood oaths, and reckless rhetoric around Proposition 8, Holland has made a series of controversial and problematic statements.
Despite his high rank, he often relies on fear-mongering, emotional manipulation, and lacks real evidence for his claims. In this video, I dissect his tactics and highlight why he represents some of the worst qualities of Mormon leadership: unchecked authority, hollow rhetoric, and the defense of the indefensible.
