FAQ

What is Mormon News Roundup?

An independent, LDS-critical daily news roundup. We curate about 10–15 items a day (articles, videos, podcasts, and Reddit posts). The feed updates twice a day at midnight and noon Eastern. Tap a card to open the original source.

Are you affiliated with the LDS Church?

No. Mormon News Roundup is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.

Do I need an account?

No. There are no accounts, no comments, and no notifications in this version.

Why can’t I read the full article in the app?

The app is a roundup of headlines and short summaries. Full content lives on the original publisher’s site. Some links may be paywalled by the publisher.

How do I refresh the feed?

On Latest Headlines, pull down to refresh. New editions go out around midnight and noon Eastern.

How does Search work?

Search continues after the 15 Latest items. Type a keyword and/or use type filters (Articles, Videos, Podcasts, Reddit) and time filters (including a custom date range).

What data do you collect?

None for analytics or advertising in the current App Store build. See our Privacy Policy.

The app shows old stories or won’t load

Check your network connection and pull to refresh. If the feed host is temporarily unreachable, the app may show the last copy saved on your phone. Email us if it stays broken: kolob@mormonnewsroundup.org.

How can I support the show?
