Conclusion
Film appears to skip the Isaiah passages from the second half of first Nephi. probably because those passages would not make for good cinema.
As is common with many silent films of that time, many of the reels corroded due to multiple issues, including poor storage. While about 40 stills from The Life of Nephi survive today,it is possible that more are still out there, as stills were found as recently as 2002.
