This review works best if you have seen this film before, though that is not required.
Spoiler alert
We will watch this movie in totality together while I make some insightful and occasionally irreverent commentary.

Synopsis Sophronia This video is aimed at teaching etiquette to everyone but is aimed primarily at full-time LDS missionaries. While not an official production of either Brigham Young University or the LDS Church, the creators were faculty and instructors for both BYU and the Provo MTC, and the film has been shown at many missions throughout the world over the past two decades. This segment covers how to dress and interact with others.

Prepare your sacrament trays and don your finest white shirts, because "Manners for Missionaries" is here to teach you everything you never knew you needed to know about how to annoy people in the name of the Lord. Clocking in at a holy 30 minutes, this film is a masterclass in passive-aggressive proselytizing and the art of turning every social interaction into a conversion opportunity.

But don't be fooled by the film's wholesome facade; beneath its starched collars and plastered smiles lies a dark underbelly of manipulation and control. Sure, the advice on saying "please" and "thank you" may seem harmless enough, but scratch beneath the surface and you'll find a thinly veiled attempt to indoctrinate impressionable young minds into a lifetime of servitude and guilt.

Discussion
What is the film’s overall message?
How do you feel about the missionaries they selected for this video, every single one of them had pale skin, white, thin, and attractive
How do you feel about the level of control over the missionaries that this film seems to normalize?
Any other thoughts on this short?

In conclusion, "Manners for Missionaries" may masquerade as a harmless instructional video, but make no mistake: this film is anything but innocent. With its toxic blend of manipulation, control, and unabashed cultiness, it's a cautionary tale of what happens when good manners go bad.
