Welcome brothers and sisters to Mormon Movie Reviews: Where LDS movie lovers belong! My name is Dives and we will review
Meet the Mormons (1973)
https://youtu.be/4wZomfU3BXw
Running time: 23 minutes
Synopsis Designed to introduce the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints to people who are unacquainted with it. Stresses the importance of the family and the worldwide nature of the church from all over the world.
Conclusion The use of the term Mormon and hence the victories for Satan in this short video boggles the mind. The lack of any church produced JS first vision movie extremely apparent. Mesoamerican section did not age well. The anti-ERA rhetoric also did not age well. Video abjectly fails to deal with the 600 lb elephant in the room: the race and priesthood ban.
